I began to do fitness from last Wednesday, in Cai Zhi fitness center. I have to say I’m extremely lack of sports these months. So the condition of my body is not optimistic. Running for 15 minutes continually will make me breathe intensely, and my weight has reached….a horrible number :(((
Last Thursday I participated a course called “dynamic bicycle” there. A group of members use bicycle exercising appliances together conducted by the coach, with pretty “dynamic” music and lights. This course is very very exhausting… I sweat like just pulled out from a pool… I guess I can only do it once a week.
